At GuruRishi, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product received is significantly different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all original labels and accessories, where applicable.
- Be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- Include the required opening/unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used herbal teas.
- Opened or consumed supplements.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
Returns may also be declined if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements.
Opening / Unboxing Video
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, an opening/unboxing video is required when submitting a return request.
Please make sure the video clearly shows the package and the product received.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Contact GuruRishi Customer Support.
- Provide your Order Number.
- Provide the Product Name.
- Explain the reason for the return.
- Provide photographs of the product where applicable.
- Provide the required opening/unboxing video.
Our team will review the request and respond accordingly.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:
- Eligible refunds will be approved.
- The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 8–10 business days after approval.
- Other unforeseen circumstances affecting transportation
Exchange Policy
GuruRishi does not offer product exchanges.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow the return and refund process described above.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued for:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability.
- Minor packaging variations.
- Delays caused by courier partners beyond GuruRishi's reasonable control.
